ON THE ROAD TO 2026
DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
In the USA, the Declaration of Independence was signed on 4 July 1776. An important year for the national pride. This is 250 years ago in 2026. It is expected to be celebrated extensively, both in and out the USA. The usual expressions of American patriotism as we all know them, will then come to the fore. Everything that has to do with the USA will receive extra attention. Inventions, Products and The American Way of Life.
THE SOUND OF LIBERTY
The Sousa Tribute Band performs the most American of American music there is. At the first sound, everyone associates this with the USA. No matter what the listeners musical taste is. As soon as we play a march by John Philip Sousa it always results in recognition.
WHO ARE WE?
“The Sousa Tribute Band is established to perform the music of John Philip Sousa, ‘The March King’. Even to this day, his music is experienced by listeners around the world as highly spirited, cheerfull, exuberant and full of joy. Making one feel alive and kicking at the same time. Sousa’s marches are the epitomy of march music, reaching out to all ages”.
ON THE ROAD TO
2026 offers many chances for Europe to once again shape and form it’s historic relationship with the USA. This in order to emphasize the bond between our nations, leading to added attention.
For us reason to reach out to European companies and organizations which are active in the USA. At the same time with American companies and organizations which are active in Europe. Goal is to jointly travel the road to this special year. Our ambition is to build a working relationship for the purpose of joint celebration of this 250 years freedom and independence.
We have set a target for the Sousa Tribute Band to perform 250 concerts and performances in order to celebrate this milestone in US history. The 250th is on the 4th of July 2026 of course!
